Fellowship Updates

The Rocky Mountain District Kiwanis Foundation (RMDKF) is proud to honor outstanding Kiwanians through our three prestigious fellowships: the Grand Teton, Bert West Fellowship, and Norris Lusche Fellowship. These fellowships have long been a meaningful way to recognize extraordinary service and dedication—and that commitment continues to be strong!

Over time, the cost of recognition items such as plaques has increased substantially. Our goal is to keep these fellowships affordable and not increase the donation amount. The Foundation remains committed to celebrating our fellowship recipients while responsibly stewarding the generous donations that make these honors possible.

With that spirit in mind, the RMDKF Board is excited to share a refreshed fellowship recognition approach that balances sustainability, flexibility, and continued celebration.

What’s Changing?
Effective March 31, 2026, the fellowship recognition structure will be updated as follows:

Standard Recognition Package
Each of the three fellowships will now include:
– A fellowship pin
– A shirt
– A medallion specific to the award

Optional Recognition Upgrades

– The Lusche plaque and Grand Teton will continue to be available as optional upgrades.

– These special items may be added with an additional contribution equaling the current cost of the item, plus shipping and handling.

Why This Matters

These updates ensure that we can:

  • Maximize the impact of the generous contribution.
  • Continue honoring remarkable Kiwanians in a meaningful way
  • Avoid significantly increasing the price of each fellowship.
  • Offer flexibility and choice for donors and honorees
  • Sustain the fellowship program for years to come

We are grateful for your continued support and enthusiasm for the Rocky Mountain District Kiwanis Foundation. Together, we will keep celebrating service, leadership, and generosity—now and into the future!
