UPDATE - Kiwanis Boulder County Wildfire Emergency Fund
On December 30th, 2021 the most destructive wildfire in the state's history, the Marshall fire, destroyed nearly 1,000 homes in Boulder County, Colorado.
We’re eager to announce that the Rocky Mountain District Kiwanis Foundation Board has voted to provide up to $5,000 in matchings funds towards the Kiwanis Boulder County Wildfire Emergency Fund campaign for donations collected by March 4th! Grant funding will be opening to Kiwanis Clubs within the District seeking funding to provide collaborative resources and fill gaps in meeting the needs of area children and families most impacted by the wildfires.
For more than 30 years the Rocky Mountain District Kiwanis Foundation has devoted its energy to passionately advocating for the needs of children in its District. Recognizing the incredible service Kiwanis Clubs perform, the Foundation provides grants to protect the health, safety, and welfare of children in our communities.
