4th Annual Christmas Gift Giveaway
We provide gifts for parents to select for their children.  Parents wrap the gifts and the gifts are from them, not us.  While parents are “shopping”, we provide crafts, food and Santa for the kids.  We also work with Sweet Dreams in a Bag and provide bedding for 50 kids.
Kiwanis Club of Dubois

Safety Repairs for Kiwanis Park at Taylor Creek
A successful Communities Survey that suggested a need for a children’s play area in the northeast side of town.  We worked with the town to make a Kiwanis Park at Taylor Creek.  There are now safety issues requiring new stairs and repairs to the equipment.

2025 Kiwanis All Valley Talent Show

The Write Stuff
The Write Stuff is a joint project among 6 Clubs in Division 5 of the RMD.  They will purchase basic school supplies for 5,000 students in thirteen Title-1 schools.  They have surveyed the schools for their needs and will be purchasing items that are not usually provided when school starts after Holiday vacation when most schools are not getting supplies donated.
Kiwanis Club of Trinidad
$2,500
Hoehne Youth League Football Equipment
This grant will help to pay for new equipment to replace 15-20 year old equipment that no longer meets modern safety standards.  Helmets with improved padding and fit have been shown to reduce concussion risk by up to 64%. The community serves approximately 200 children from Kindergarten through sixth grade.
